American Advising Center (AAC)  is an official EducationUSA Center, sponsored by the United States Department of State through the US Embassy in Kosova. The American Embassy in Kosovo and the American School of Kosova cosponsored this center.  AAC is part of the EducationUSA, a network of professional advisers who work in approximately 450 information and advising institutions worldwide, which serve as the primary source of information and guidance on higher education opportunities in the U.S.A. for international students. This global network is supported by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) fosters mutual understanding between the United States and other countries by promoting personal, professional, and institutional ties between private citizens and organizations in the United States and abroad, as well as by presenting U.S. history, society, art and culture in all of its diversity to overseas audiences.

AAC provides accurate, unbiased, comprehensive information to interested students and scholars from Kosovo who wish to pursue their education in the United States and/or at accredited American and/or international universities worldwide.

 AAC is the only authorized test center in Kosovo to administer iBT TOEFL and SAT
